Nice apartment (55 m²) in which can be accommodated up to 4 people, category ***, first floor, air conditioning, internet, TV, TVSAT, one bedroom, large living room with kitchen (exit to the terrace), nice bathroom, covered terrace (10 m²) with beautiful view of the sea, table and chairs on the terrace, clothes dryer, grill, private parking, smoking is not allowed in the apartment (is preferred on terrace).

Kitchen equipment: kitchen utensils and tableware according to the number of persons, fridge (198 L), deep freeze (89 L), electric kitchen, electric kettle, microwave, air absorber (cooker hood).

Bathroom equipment: complete, cabin with shower. 

Iron, ironing board: available on request, after agreement with the owner.

Pets are welcome (additional fee, € 10 per day).
