Very nice, large apartment (60 m²) in which can be accommodated up to 6 people, category ***, second floor, swimming pool (24 m²), TV, satellite TV, internet, air conditioning, central heating, two bedrooms (one with exit to the terrace), nice kitchen with living room (exit to the terrace), nice bathroom, large terrace (10 m²) with beautiful sea view, table and chairs on the terrace, iron, ironing board, clothes dryer, hair dryer, garden shower, private car park, grill, smoking is allowed in the apartment. 

Kitchen equipment: kitchen utensils and tableware according to the number of persons, dishwasher, fridge (166 L), freezer (15 L), oven, gas-electric kitchen, electric kettle, air absorber (cooker hood).

Bathroom equipment: complete, cabin with shower.

Iron, ironing board, hair dryer: available on request, after agreement with the owner.

Large freezer (250 L): communal (included in rental price).

Washing machine: available on request, after agreement with the owner (paid service 10€ for one wash). Detergents are included in the washing price.

Guests have at their disposal swimming pool, internet, large terrace with beautiful sea view and neighbouring buildings, table and chairs on the terrace, garden shower, private parking and grill. Barbecuing is free of charge, but the reservation of a place for sitting (tables, fridge, music equipment and the building where the grill is located grill) is charged 15€.

Exchange of bed linen and towels every 7 days.
