Very nice, large apartment (63 m²) in which can be accommodated up to 5 people, category ***, third floor, TV (Full HD, LED TV), satellite TV, cable television, radio, internet, air conditioning, heating, two bedrooms, nice and large living room with kitchen (exit to the balcony), nice bathroom, covered balcony (8 m²) with view of neighbouring buildings and the mountains (partial view of the sea), table and chairs on the balcony, car park, one bike, smoking is not allowed in the apartment.

Kitchen equipment: kitchen utensils and tableware according to the number of persons, dishwasher, fridge (180 L), freezer (50 L), gas-electric kitchen, electric kettle, microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster, mixer, blender, air absorber (cooker hood).

Bathroom equipment: complete, cabin with shower, iron, ironing board, washing machine.

The building is located about 1000 meters (15 min. by foot) from Diocletian's Palace (the residence built by the Roman emperor Diocletian) which is found on the list of UNESCO World Heritage.

Exchange of bed linen every 7 days.

Exchange of towels every 3 days.
