Nice, very large, well equipped, duplex apartment in which can be accommodated up to 10 people, category ***, second and third floor, TV, satellite TV, air conditioning, four bedrooms, large and spacious living room with well equipped kitchen, dining room, two bathrooms, terrace, grill, parking, smoking is allowed in the apartment. Some of the rooms offer beautiful views of the sea and the historic town of Trogir.

Kitchen equipment: kitchen utensils and tableware according to the number of persons, two large refrigerators, electric kettle, two gas-electric kitchens, two freezers, microwave.

Bathrooms equipment: complete, shower, washing machine.

Small pets are welcome.

The apartment has four bedrooms + living room. The total number of beds in rooms: 8, the total number of double beds: 2, the total number of single beds: 6 (including two auxiliary beds, folding). There is a possibility to add extra amount of auxiliary beds (this will be at extra charge, upon request).

The apartment is located on the second and third floor of a large house. Guests have at their disposal a private parking, terrace with view of green area and neighbouring buildings, table and chairs on the terrace, garden and grill.

Free parking place for two cars.

There is a possibility of parking cars in the payable car park, next to the building, after prior agreement (extra charge 6€ per day).
